Stina Bishop received her Master of Laws from Uppsala University in 1983. She has worked with legal issues, especially contract law, within the EU Framework Programmes since 1995. As legal adviser at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm she was invited to participate in the IRDAC/ESTA advisory group to the Commission for the preparation of the rules and contracts for the fifth framework programme. Since 2000 she is legal adviser at the Swedish EU-R&D Council in Stockholm. She is the Swedish representative in the advisory group to the Commission for the preparation of the contracts for the sixth framework programme. As legal adviser at the Swedish EU-R&D Council Stina Bishop holds the Council´s courses in contractual and financial matters for the fifth and the sixth framework programmes.
